On September 21, 2008, the same day of the holiday Nativity of the Virgin Mary, His Eminence Metropolitan Metodij lead Holy Divine Liturgy in our church.  A day before this prior to the beginning of our churches’ patron banquet, the holiday bread was sliced and new god parents were chosen for our church for 2008/09.  After Divine Liturgy the third and final outdoor Mosaic Icon on the northern side of our church was officially dedicated by Metropolitan Metodij.  This beautiful Icon, together with our other two are one of the largest outdoor mosaic icons in the world.
