The activities around Great Friday began with the service of the Royal Hours.  The parishoners of our church prepared the tomb of Christ and decorated it with fresh flowers.  In the evening, Royal Hours are continued with Holy Vespers that mourn Christ, excerpts from the Old Testament are read. A

On Great and Holy Thursday in our church, Divine Liturgy was celebrated along with anointing with oil.  All the parishoners present were anointed with the holy oil for their bodily and spirtual well being.
